Eoin founded Comply Guru & manages the day-to-day running of the company. Prior to forming Comply Guru, he was Director & Chief Operations Officer in a management consulting & training company (for 13yrs) and oversaw projects in over 40 countries globally. During that time, he setup the U.S. entity and as its President spent over 6 years based in Chicago, IL.

His experiences led him to believe that there was a major gap in the market for learning solutions that were more accessible, convenient & flexible in a fast-changing world of International Standards & Regulations. For that reason, he founded Comply Guru.

Leon has over 20 years experience in eLearning. During his illustrious career, he has spent 10+ years designing programs within highly regulated industries & brings vast experience to Comply Guru in both graphical & instructional design.

He has worked for National University of Ireland, Galway & Mary Immaculate College – two well-known educational institutions in Ireland. In Industry, he worked with Nestlé, ICON PLC, and a variety of other companies.

Michelle has a proven track record with over 20 years’ experience working across both the Medical Device and Biotechnology sectors.

Currently, she is a Lead Auditor for an INAB Accredited Certification Body, and an MDR Assessor for a Notified Body in Europe. In addition, she is the Team PRRC Representative for Ireland.

Jim has a Masters in Marketing & Management Strategy from Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and started his career in customer support with Infosys. He brings a blend of youth, passion & enthusiasm to Comply Guru.

Jim is responsible for ensuring all our Learners and Customers alike are supported during their entire learning experience from initial registration to completion & beyond.

Tess is a former Regional Compliance Auditor for Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Division responsible for the planning and execution of independent Regional Compliance audits for Divisional regulated entities in the EMEA region.

In addition, Tess performed audits in the APAC & Americas as well as third party supplier audits globally. In a career spanning over 20 years, she has vast experience with global regulations across the Globe including GMP, GLP, GCP, GcLP, GDP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO/IEC 17025.

As an Instructor, Tess brings a passion for training & auditing to every live workshop she leads.

Kristian has over 20 years’ experience and is formally registered as a CQI & IRCA Lead Auditor for both ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018, as well as registered with IEMA as a Principal Environmental Auditor.

Kristian currently offers Assessment, Consultancy and Training across various business sectors, specializing in the implementation and integration of management systems with particular reference to key business themes such as quality, environment, energy, occupational health and safety, leadership and management.
